2XZ真空泵操作須知 1．查看油位，以停泵時(shí)注油至油標(biāo)中心為宜。過低對(duì)排氣閥不能起油封作用，影響真空度。過高，可能會(huì)引起通大氣起動(dòng)時(shí)噴油。運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)，油位有所升高，屬正，F(xiàn)象。油采 用規(guī)定牌號(hào)的清潔真空泵油，從加油孔加入。加油畢后，應(yīng)旋一上螺塞。油宜經(jīng)過濾，以免雜物進(jìn)入，堵塞油孔。 2．2XZ型旋片式真空泵可在通大氣或任何真空度下一次起動(dòng)。泵口如裝接電磁閥，應(yīng)與泵同時(shí)動(dòng)作。 3．環(huán)境溫度過高時(shí)，油的溫度升高，粘度下降，飽和蒸汽壓會(huì)增大，會(huì)引起極限真空有所下降，特別是用熱偶計(jì)測(cè)得的全壓強(qiáng)。如加強(qiáng)通風(fēng)散熱，或改善泵油性能，極限真空可得到改善。 4．檢查2XZ型旋片式真空泵的極限真空以壓縮式水銀真空計(jì)為準(zhǔn)，如計(jì)經(jīng)充分預(yù)抽校驗(yàn)，泵溫達(dá)到穩(wěn)定，泵口與計(jì)直接接通，運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)30分鐘內(nèi)，將達(dá)到極限真空。總壓強(qiáng)計(jì)測(cè)得之值與泵油和真空計(jì)、規(guī)管誤差有關(guān)，有時(shí)誤差甚至可很大，只能作參考。 5．如相對(duì)濕度較高，或被抽氣體含較多可凝性蒸汽，接通被抽容器后，宜打開氣鎮(zhèn)閥，運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)20～40分鐘后關(guān)閉氣鎮(zhèn)閥。停泵前，可開氣鎮(zhèn)閥空載運(yùn)動(dòng)30分鐘，以延長(zhǎng)泵油壽命。 6．2XZ型旋片式真空泵用油選擇：泵油的粘度影響起動(dòng)功率和泵的極限真空，粘度高時(shí)對(duì)真空度有利，起動(dòng)功率則大一些。油在泵溫下的飽和蒸汽壓則會(huì)影響泵的極限總壓強(qiáng)，越低越好。高速真空泵油和3#擴(kuò)散泵油的粘度較1號(hào)真空泵油大，飽和蒸汽壓較1號(hào)真空泵油低，但3#擴(kuò)散泵油價(jià)格較高。具體選什么油，可根據(jù)上述介紹結(jié)合具體使用要求來(lái)選擇。 1一般情況下，凡希望總壓強(qiáng)在6X10-2帕以上的應(yīng)用上海產(chǎn)的高速真空泵油。4升/秒以下小泵也可用1號(hào)真空油泵代，8升/秒以上直聯(lián)泵可用3#擴(kuò)散泵油代。 2如果對(duì)真空度要求不高，且油的污染更換頻繁，真空泵油供應(yīng)困難，可采用50號(hào)機(jī)械油代替。 3如果環(huán)境溫度低，起動(dòng)困難，極限真空要求不高，可采用粘度較上略低的真宅泵油或機(jī)械油。 旋片式真空泵性能參數(shù) 型號(hào) 2XZ-0.25真空泵 2XZ-0.5真空泵 2XZ-1真空泵 2XZ-2真空泵 2XZ-4真空泵 2XZ-8真空泵
