一體化V錐流量計廠家概述
V錐流量計(V-coneflowmeter)是20世紀80年代出現(xiàn)的一種新穎差壓式流量計,它利用V錐體在流場中產(chǎn)生節(jié)流效應來測量流量。與普通節(jié)流件相比,它改變了節(jié)流布局,從中心節(jié)流改為環(huán)狀節(jié)流。實踐的使用證明,V錐流量計與一般差壓流量計相比,長期使用精度高、重復性高、安裝條件局限小、耐磨損、測量范圍寬、適合臟污介質(zhì)、壓損小等優(yōu)點。由于V錐體本身作為流場的整流器而成為一種具有獨特性能的新型流量傳感器。
一體化V錐流量計廠家特點1、 傳感器本體能對流體流態(tài)整形。2、 量程比寬,精度高,重復性好。3、 耐磨損長期使用穩(wěn)定性好。4、 所需直管段很短, 不需要在流量計的上游安裝流動調(diào)整器。5、 流量計結(jié)構(gòu)具有自清掃功能,不會產(chǎn)生贓污物的積垢,非常適用于臟污流體的流量測量如焦爐煤氣、濕氣體等。6、 內(nèi)錐體可以減弱被測壓力差壓場中脈動振蕩的幅值從而減小差壓信號中的噪聲(如空所示)。7、 無可動部件,可靠性好,安裝方便。8、 當流體流經(jīng)具有特殊廓形的內(nèi)錐體時會在其周邊形成邊界層并疏導流體離開錐體尾部的邊緣從而減少它被磨損的可能性。9、 壓力損小,適用于低靜壓流體的流量測量的使用場合。10、環(huán)形通道,對于臟污流更準確更有效的流量測量。
依照用戶要求不同,利用V錐傳感器和差壓變送器組成流量檢測儀表供貨分為二類:1.V錐傳感器只提供差壓信號的檢測部分(V錐體及測量管道),不提供差壓變送器、三閥組和流量顯示部分,輸出信號為差壓。由用戶自己進行配套。2.V錐流量計由V錐傳感器和差壓變送器組成。有分體型安裝和一體型安裝兩種結(jié)構(gòu)。分體型安裝由獨立的V錐傳感器和差壓變送器組成。V錐傳感器和差壓變送器之間的引壓管連接由用戶自己完成。而差壓變送器可以配套供應。一體化v錐流量計廠家安裝是產(chǎn)品出廠時己將差壓變送器、三閥組與V錐傳感器連接成一體,用戶購買一體型V錐流量計后,使用時不需再連接引壓管。若需配接相應的流量積算器、壓力變送器和溫度變送器可以配套供應。
